Shoot 'em to the ground,, it looked clear to the rear from the shooters angle but hard to tell. Hesitation will get you killed.

CPR is espescially useful after blasting an A whole. It makes you look like a good guy while pumping out any remaining blood.

mike r Yes sir. CPR is useless 99 percent of the time, and questionable in the 1 percent when the person lives. It is especially worthless in trauma cases and you have summed it up pretty well, makes you look like a good guy while pumping out any remaining blood.

Happened in downtown area of Louisville called Portland. Basically the white version of the west side of town hood. Lot of nice folks there but also has a problem with white trash.

CPR is less than 5% effective, even without "injuries incompatible with life".... eg: a dozen gun shot wounds to the chest and torso...
