Camping seems to be really big out there. When I was there 2 weeks ago there seemed to be tents near most of the underpasses and on many of the brushy hills. Some even had solar panels.

Depends on what you're concealing. A can of Raid Wasp and Hornet spray has a range of about 12 feet and it's a pretty severe eye irritant, so I've been told. Easy-Off oven cleaner is also a pretty good self-defense item, and neither one is considered to be a "weapon" like MACE.

Easy Off grill cleaner can eat through your skin. My neighbor learned that the hard way. Peeled several layers of skin off the top of his fingers when he didnt wear gloves cleaning his grill...Not the sharpest tool in the shed..I wouldn't want to find out what it would do to your eyes...:O
