My brother is passing through town on the way to ID and we went to the range yesterday. He brought a bunch of new toys and the coolest to me were the Zev and Sig, I was not familiar with either and they were both a blast to shoot but the Zev was really nice, the Sig didn't fit my hand well but I shot it good.
The Zev on the other hand was crazy easy to shoot, even with with a huge amount of light on either side of the front sight I shot 1.5-2" ten shot groups at 21' fairly quickly, When I say a lot of light, I mean at least a full front sight width on both sides of the front sight. I more commonly shoot 4-6" at 21' at best.
My first group a 45' had 8 out of 10 in a 6" bull.
He had a new 17 topped with a Fastfire but I didn't get a chance to shoot it.
I am not ready to drop 1,700 on a Zev but it sure makes me wonder what is responsible for the accuracy.
