What they need to do is outlaw tarps. That'll solve it. Or Tarp control. Force people who buy tarps to go through a background check where they must provide proof of a private residence. I suspect that most of the tarps were pilfered, not bought.

Any one offer a solution? How could a republican make a difference? I'm thinking is way too far gone....there is no doubt the dem run government is to blame and all the west coast cities are suffering the same fate....
If I were a republican politition I wouldn't touch that place with a 10 ft pole....it would take 30 years to turn it around...if they would elect Donald trump mayor of LA I don't think he could change anything ...if so how? Maybe just a massive cut off of free stuff? They all just move to Portland...then Seattle...and on one on...

SoCal is going bye-bye. I expect that within 10 years or so, they will have separated from the US-proper, and become part of Mexico again.
