Hope this is the correct forum to ask this. What sizes are the front trigger guard screw and the magazine box retaining screw for a Remington 700 ADL. I know the difference between an ADL and a BDL and I know the other 2 screws are 1/4-28. not trying to be snarky but most places I ask this folks want to tell me that their 700 only have 2 screws. My google foo must be weak as I am having no luck. Pavementends

I’m pretty sure the magazine tab screw is 4-40TPI
|

2 of the screws are !/4-28 and the third is 8-36.

On ADLs I find I can easily get away without the magazine box screw. A wood screw to replace the front trigger guard screw will sometimes cure a small accuracy issue on poorly bedded rifles.
Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.
