I went to a wine and cheese tasting long ago.

One of those wine at home pyramid schemes.

It was really fascinating how each cheese paired with each wine.

Even someone as white trash as me could appreciate it.

It sounds ghey as hell....but a person should try it once.

Yep.

Lots to learn.

I prefer Tillamook products myself....but will try Kerrygold cheddar on the recommendation from you guys.

Its for sale here...but being Irish cheese I figured it had booze in it somewhere.

I dont care for booze cheese.

Fun thread, Jim. I'll be lurking in the cheese aisle of Kroger after I pay the county for the privilege of being a landowner.

No hunting license needed. YAY grin

A university that has a dairy program usually has a retail outlet.

One can vet really good cheeses and ice cream.

Cougar Gold is in most of the stores in the LC Valley. (Cougar Country)

IIRC they sell big blocks of Butter every now and again too.
