Hatch pepper crab cakes and Caprese salads this eve. Not hurting.

Grilled pork chops, Hungarian sausage, steamed beets, sliced cucumbers, french bread and some wheat beer.

With some kind of frufru salad and a PBR.

Left over Kelbasa Cabbage Potato Skillit.

I tried a new recipe that called for tomato sauce.

It wasn't near as good as my usual recipe but after three days I finally finished it off.

You can bet I won't be making that crap again.....yuck

Breakfast today was the first new 'taters out of the garden with some country sausage I got from the folks over the hill at the farmers' market. Along with a slice of Portugee sweet wheat bread the wife made yesterday. I was happy a couple of hours ago, now it's going on lunchtime and I have to figure out what's next.







Followed up with the last slice of peach pie made by the local Mennonite ladies

Red Barron frozen pepperoni pizza.


Doctored some with Canadian bacon, Johnny's Garlic Parmesan and Fontina cheese.

Had lunch with the wife today at Franklin's Bbq in Austin Tx. today. It was the best brisket I have every had. We also tried the pork ribs and turkey.

I need to go to this place. Feel like I hear about it every 3-4months.
