Found a package of last years lingcod in the freezer.
Bacon wrapped and onto the grill. Just some salt and pepper to finish. Mac n cheese outta the box and steamed green beans.
Simple and quick!

Night before last, Thai food. Lad Nah seafood for me in the foreground. My wife had some house special pumpkin curry. Appetizers were shrimp in a blanket, kinda like an meat/egg roll around the shrimp. Honestly, for our little town it was quite surprising. Did burnt ends for the first time, as well as the rest of the brisket. Plus some corn on the cob we got from a farmer friend.
Burnt ends turned out good, maybe a bit overdone. I’ve been working on installing a cold air return in our bedroom and they were in about 1.5 hours longer than the recipe called for.
