Never seen an 80% upper. Since it's not necessary to register an upper, what would be the point?

Geno I think the new definition of "loophole" is any principle or any means used by a citizen to exercise his God-given rights.

It should not be against the law to build and sell firearms without a license. That is infringing on the right of the People to bear arms. These shootings are the price a free People pay to remain free. Freedom comes with a cost.

And compare the cost to other common activities no one is talking about outlawing, such as owning a swimming pool. Thousands of people every year drown in them. How many per year die from mass shooting incidents? This proves that the push to restrict guns has nothing to do with a concern for public safety. It's about disarming regular Americans.

I’m betting the “maker” made the mistake of putting a “brand” name on the lower. A lot of them do. I believe I read somewhere the other day that the ATF raided a shop in Lubbock, TX that was the manufacturer.
