I guess I don't have the need for one, nor does it really float my boat. I don't have any experience with one, nor anything negative to say about it. I have a 264 Win mag, and since I am partial to belted magnum cartridges, I don't see one being bought in the near future. If I were to buy another 6.5 caliber it would most likely be the 6.5-300 Weatherby, but again I do not see the need for it at the time being.

I don't have a 6.5 CM. I wouldn't mind having one.

I have a 6.5 PRC that I like very much.

I do not have a 6.5 creedmoor. I have several 6.5 rifles. Just haven't made the love connection. I just bought another 7X57 so I guess that I am going backwards. I can say that I need to buy a riverboat so I probably will buy less rifles this year. I probably have more than most on here so I guess I am ok. No worries on rifle looney status.

Had one in a kimber. Shot two deer with it. They both died like they were shot with anything else. Sent it down the road. No desire to own another. To each their own.

Can’t see needing much more then my .250savage and .275 rigby for what I do.

I do like the caliber but for me I see no need as I already own rifles in .223/5.56 / .30-30 / .260 REM / .270WIN / .30-30 / .300 BLK / 7 Rem Mag. I just don't see it filling any niche that I would need a rifle for that I don't already have covered or over covered. The only thing is my 260 is a heavy AF target gun. I could see going 6.5 CM in a lighter rifle more intended for hunting.

I had a rebarreled Mod 7 briefly, then had to sell it. I was looking at several .243s, for coyotes, puttering around, "maybe" a deer, but couldn't get excited about any I saw. I did see a Tikka T3X Superlight in 6.5 Creedmoor for a tad over $750. Still a bit too rich for my blood. I cam back by there today and they had it marked down a $100, so put it on layaway! ha I like the fact this Tikka has a 24" barrel. This will make my 2nd tikka; first one was about 16yrs ago off a used gun rack in .222 Remington. I played with it some, but the wind here in the Utah Desert eat me up with it. I think I can contend a bit better with the wind now...:)

I don't have one.

I bought a 6.5x55 a few years before the Creedmoor appeared on the scene, so I haven't really been tempted by it so much. However, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one if I wanted another/different 6.5. I can certainly see it's merits and appeal.

Don't...

because I have rifles and cartridges the 6.5 Creed is trying to duplicate...

260 Rem, 6.5 x 55, 6.5 x 57

Even though I think the 6.5 CM is a good, versatile cartridge, I don't and most probably won't. Have two 243's, a 7-08, and a 7-08ai. Pretty much got the 6.5 Creed covered. May rebarrel one of the 243's to 6 CM just for kicks.

I joined the 6.5 club several years ago with a Tikka T3 laminated stainless. It's a great rifle and is my most accurate with no modifications done to it at all.

I love the 6.5 concept - For me it is one of the most efficient designs out there (the sweet spot). I would love to get a Creedmoor and probably will in the future. Do I need it - absolutely not, but what's that got to do with anything!

I will probably be looking at another T3 - this time a superlite.

I do not have the reamer yet but that can change. It comes from good stock (250-3000). I have done it's smaller brother in 22......

I see no reason to add one to the stable. I already don't have enough time to play with my toys. I see the viability of it, but just can't see adding another...... unless I get a screaming deal on a Ultra-light.

Said it before but I already have a 6.5X54 along with a 9X56. Do I need more? I have a 458 American on a Mauser that could be lengthened to a Win mag or Lott. I have a 58 Rolling Block I use a 705 gr minie' , 120 gr 2F, and a Remington cap. Or double patched Round Balls with the same BP load. At 50 yds they print side by side. On the other side I have an octagon pistol barrel in 22 Kilburn-Hornet. I need 6.5 what? Be Well. Rusty
