While I was removing the filler screws on my new Tikka T3 lite, one of the screws stripped out and is now stuck. It broke apart and crumbled. The others came out fine. Should I have a gunsmith correct this or send back to tikka?

they are not screws but plastic plugs

That would explain why it crumbled so easily.
