Takedown, straight stock, no checkering, shotgun buttplate... doesn’t look like a rimmed cartridge.
Going with 99F in 300.

I agree with Calhoun. I was just going to post about 18:15 shows loading 2 cartridges into magazine and neither look rimmed. Age and style of 99 would, in my opinion, only leave 250 or 300 and the bullet looks like a 180 grain 300 to me.

I can't tell if the front sight is dovetailed or integral...doesn't look like the later ramp.
99-H, 300 would have a ramp front sight.
Might be a 99-D

I didn’t get a look at the forearm, but a takedown rules out an H, could be a D, but they are a lot less common than F’s. I went with the odds.
