I have been finding quite a few white Chanterelles in the last few weeks. Earlier I real well on the Lobster mushrooms.

I didn’t enjoy mushrooms until fairly recently. Now I find myself kinda craving that earthy, savory kinda thing they have. Have tons growing around the yard.
