Did 1000 miles in the truck today. On a stop in Nebraska, somewhere west of Omaha was hoping I didn't have to eat another few handfuls of mixed nuts and saw a taco "truck", that was really a trailer. Barbacoa and chorizo tacos that may of been Street cat but got dang, they were alright.

mmmmm sounds great. Do you make your own spread, Charlie ? Recipe ? TIA, Denny. Yes I do.......it's really easy......I use this recipe. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/189930/southern-pimento-cheese/I seldom have jalapeno's on hand so it usually gets left out. The Cayenne has plenty of heat though. PS.....the soup is strictly for dipping.
