I've had Maple Syrup before and some are really sweet, great tasting, while others are very bitter, not great tasting. Why is this?
Which do you sell?
We make our syrup to the best qaulity taste we can. When the end of the season comes along and the buds on the maple trees are a couple weeks from popping open is when the bitter taste comes in. We sell that at a much lower price by the 40gal barrels,most of which ends up being additives to things like chewing tobacco and such. Why bottle up what you wouldn't eat,at least I wouldn't want it on my table. Thanks guys for the compliments also.
