Let's try another one. This is a Remington 700 Classic born in June 1990. This .25-06 has the nice blue finish standard on the Classics. Sits in a Grayboe Outlander stock. Grayboe does a crappy job with their stock painting, so I sent the stock to John_Boy to have more black webbing applied. It turned out great. I do not have the original wood stock. The original trigger has been tuned by 805 and breaks crisply at 2 lbs. 8 oz. pull weight. Andy does an awesome job on these triggers. The bluing on this rifle is nearly flawless. There is one very small spot near the caliber marking on the left side of the barrel, and there are a few small scratches on the bottom of the trigger guard. That's it. Otherwise the rifle and stock are perfect. I've only had the rifle to the range for sighting in, and it shot right at MOA with Nosler Trophy Grade ammo. In my opinion, this rifle was made at the peak of Remington's quality. Other's may disagree, but it is a fine rifle no doubt. The only reason I'm selling it is I just bought three Christensen's, so the kitty is empty.
$725 shipped to your FFL and the price will not go any lower. I'll keep it. But if you want to buy just the barreled action with bottom metal, I will sell the BA for $575 shipped. I accept Paypal F-n-F and USPS money orders for payment. Drop me a PM if you have any questions or want more photos. The rifle is cross-posted, so time stamp prevails. Thanks for looking.
