It is a matte black finish. It is from Colt and is oddly double stamped with 30-06 Spgfd (stamped in 2 spots, but you only see one when installed). I don't know about the round count as I bought the rifle used for the action. A look with a bore cam says it was shot very little.


The 30-06 stepped barrel is from a LR Mauser. I don't take PP. I do take cash, check, MO, silver coins ...

I'll trade for a light sporter weight 6.5 barrel that can be made to fit a LR Mauser
