I have a box of these Gold Dot bullets that I would like to load in my 8'' twist 223 & 22-250. Anyone using these bullets?

No...but Im pumping 63 gr Sierra SMPs out of an 8 twist with 25.0 grains of 4895 ( your choice..both work...) So that might be a place to start. Have also used CFE223 and TAC with that weight bullet. Let me know how those 62 Gold dots work...Ive had excellent luck with the 55 grainers on game...62 should be more of the same, only better!

Thanks! That is the direction I was hoping to find. I'll let you know how I get along with them.

A +1 for 4895 behind bullets in this weight class.
It's what I'm putting behind the 64gr Nosler Bonded Solid Base.
