I feel like I gave some pretty darn good advice. I think you've identified the problem.

So, a neighbor baiting on his land limits where you can hunt on your land? Well, that's some stupid chit right there. Good luck eastern dudes. Boomer, not just Eastern concern in some cases. Look at Fed Waterfowl rules, especially the "Distance" answer: Problem Areas Feeding Waterfowl and Other Wildlife Many people feed waterfowl for the pleasure of bird watching. It is illegal to hunt waterfowl in an area where such feeding has occurred that could lure or attract migratory game birds to, on, or over any area where hunters are attempting to take them. The 10-day rule applies to such areas, and any salt, grain, or feed must be gone 10 days before hunting. The use of sand and shell grit is not prohibited. In some areas, it is a legal hunting practice to place grain to attract some State-protected game species (i.e., white-tailed deer). But these areas would be illegal for waterfowl hunting, and the 10-day rule would apply. Distance How close to bait can you hunt without breaking the law? There is no set distance. The law prohibits hunting if bait is present that could lure or attract birds to, on, or over areas where hunters are attempting to take them. Distance will vary depending on the circumstances and such factors as topography, weather, and waterfowl flight patterns. Therefore, this question can only be answered on a case-by-case basis. Got a pond on your 100 acre property. Nearby neighbor has a pond and feeds the ducks there. You could be SOL if the "circumstances and such factors as topography, weather, and waterfowl flight patterns." are deemed to be close enough to attract waterfowl. from this website: https://www.fws.gov/le/waterfowl-hunting-and-baiting.htmlJust a kind of f'd up deal for property owners everywhere, especially guys like the OP and slummy. Baiting illegal in the area? Yes, Baiting is absolutely illegal in PA. Always has been. But not "feeding" in winter? Seems when I was in Warren County in '99-'00 the local groups had corn cribs they'd fill for the deer and turkey every winter. Pallets of "deer corn" on sale at the local stores. As to all the fuss between folks here, it seems a thorough reading of the original posts, and the follow ups, combined with some reading comprehension would get some folks to understand the issue in the OP's location. If you are armed and you are "unhappy" with your "neighbor"...seek counseling.
Don't ask me about my military service or heroic acts...most of it is untrue.

In a prior post i mentioned that i had a problem with the neighbor putting a pile of corn right near my property corner in view of his ladder stand in his maybe 50 ft line of trees which is the only "wooded" area on his slightly over 1 acre property which is bordered my mine on the side and rear. Took a walk yesterday and saw he refreshed his corn pile and later heard from the neighbor on the other side of him that he plans to hunt for the first time tomorrow. Just got back in from spreading a few boxes of mothballs and a generous amount of bottled coyote urine on my side of the line near his setup. To top it off i stategically hung the 11 sets of wind chimes i had recently purchased at a 2nd hand shop for this purpose! Hope he has a fun AM hunt!! Were you always a sniveling little punt, or did you become one when you became a bitter old man?

I'm guessing one of your holdings includes one acre in SE PA? 0.75 actually lmao.... On a serious note, google deer baiting in SE PA... now clearly I dont know which county the OP is in, but he might want to bite his tongue, though he clearly would prefer to eat his neighbors instead... https://www.pacode.com/secure/data/058/chapter141/s141.1.htmlLooks legal in SE PA in some places to me....

Looks like maybe all the neighbor wants to do is legally hunt deer on his own property, in which case the OP is a dumbass and is in deep trouble if Pennsylvania has a hunter harassment law.
Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.

I have found that tannerite in 5 lb increments strategically placed where I can see them but the slobs can't , (IE) my side of the line by 50-75 feet, then when I find a line sitter watching my land, I do what any good neighbor would do, one well placed shot and there will be plenty of deer up and moving for all hunters to see ! Some trespassers are really jumpy !

The OP said that hunting over bait is illegal where this is taking place. How did you come to the conclusion that the neighbor is hunting legally?

If he bow hunts only it is hard for me to see a safety problem otherwise the laws there are what they are.
I sure see a lot of folks on this thread who would gladly follow the communist playbook and "snitch" on your neighbor.....
