Great looking country and a couple really nice bucks. What are the details on the rifles used, shot distance, etc.? Well lets see.. Christensen Mesa in 7mag..168 Berger VLD's at 500 yards,Nightforce SHV.. Thanks all..

I grew up in La Grande and left in 1964 when my dad's job took him to Ohio. Our last mule deer hunt was in the Eagle Cap Wilderness that year. The memories are as vivid today as they were back then. Every summer we'd camp for a week on the Lostine River. I was a blessed child.
