That works out well until I buy a bag of chicken hind quarters cheap. These premises insured by a Sheltie in Training ,--- and Cooey.o "May the Good Lord take a likin' to you"

For chickens I like wings best and turkeys and pheasants I prefer thighs.

We'll bypass chicken breasts on sale and grab chicken thighs instead. Much more tender and juicy.
