Forgot who made it but my all time favorite was a guy teaching his dog to drive when dog sees ducks and truck ends up in pond.

Found it.

If it were any more liberal/leftist/gay/perfect example of modern thinking I'd puke.

Liked those Chuck Wagon Commercials as a kid in the 70's.

I'd forgotten about those, I liked them too. For me it was pre-dog.

Oh no, bad news for me. After 35 years of marriage you'd have thought I had a clue.

Did they drive Honda Ridgelines before that swap?

Used to see those commercials too.

Then we'd go to a family restuarant or a diner and I'd see Chuckwagon on the menu.

i've had my doubts about their cvs or whatever transmission.

otherwise i understand they're very reliable vehicles. i choose toys.

WTF does that mean?

I like them, the last two, asking for the trucker to blow his horn and the family outing to the hot dog stand. Every once in a while an ad campaign will hit it out of the park and it will continue for years. This is one of the best I've seen, and think they will be hard pressed to come up with anything better.

They beat hell outta them fuggin' endless medication ads that run here. Early this morning actually saw back to back ads for twp competing COPD meds. Then there are the ads for ambulance chasers going after Roundup and asbestos claims.

I'll take the Lesburu dog ads any day.

Wow I did not know the Subaru was a [bleep] mobile. I drive a Duramax and my wife drives a Ecodiesel. We have been looking to buy a Subaru for our travel car. I went mule deer hunting with my buddy in Pine Haven Wyoming. After we got our deer he and his wife gave me the dime tour of Sturgis, Deadwood and surrounding area in their Subaru. I fell in love with their car. I’ve been bragging it up to my wife. Turns out several of my buddies have Subaru’s and all are completely happy with them.
I’ll be driving a Subaru with a Trump 2020 sticker on it. That’ll throw some off.
So where is the best place to buy a Subaru? My buddy who lives in Colorado Springs said there is a dealership near him that is hard to beat.
Any thoughts?

For the money Subaru's are some of the best built and most thought out cars on the road. As to the commercials most here think that anything lacking the walking dead or vampires, those without monkey's with laser-firing guns as chic-flics.
