I have seen a few impressive craters left from nothing more than sparklers wrapped in duct tape or black electrical tape. Even a single box of sparklers, wrapped in tape, with one sparkler extended as a fuse, goes off like an M-80.
Several boxes becomes something which I do not want to be anywhere close to. Scary schitt, with wire shapnel.
Maybe they will ban sparklers, and duct tape, and dry ice, and two liter pop bottles, and ammonium nitrate, and sudafed, and red matches, and ball bats, and knives, and cars, and booze, and........well I am sure I left something out.
People who choose to brew up their own storms bitch loudest about the rain.

I give thanks everyday that I still have my eyesight and all my digits after all the stupid [bleep] I did as a kid with fireworks, bb guns, and propellants.

It's the primer that get's you. I just did it with a 12 gauge primer - at least I was smart enough to take everything else out of it first. Used a center punch. Ears rang for a few hours. Lesson learned, and I still have all my digits.
