I was recently watching an Alaskan hunting show. The guys had some packable hip boots that fit over his hiking boots to cross creeks. It looks like Neos used to make a set of these. Does anyone know if something like this is still available?

Amazon has these for $15. They'll fit over 13 boots and are 24" high. Slightly over 1lb. They aren't intended for long wear, just for crossing streams then put in your pack.
