I’m realizing why he looks so small. I’m standing in front of the deer! His head was huge, and in the picture he looks like a pinhead.
We watched him for about 2 hours to see if he was legal 4x4, from 400 yds. Finally at about dusk, and at 235 yds, I shot. He ran over a ridge. I went over there and there he was belly up on a pile of rocks!
