Just click on the "shop now" button on the ad. Then go to "customer service" at the bottom of the Cabela's page and send them a mesage that you are disgusted with their annoying ad and will likely not shop at Cabela's in the future. You are supposed to enter your name and other stuff but you can enter fake stuff.
BTW: this annoying ad comes on my iMac but not my iPad.
