Wow! I've considered retiring in the Fruita/Grand Junction area but the unfortunate fact that the liberal Front Range has poisoned Colorado politics is going to keep me away. I feel for the good people on the western slope and on the eastern plains.

Moved to Colo 16 months ago, so it’s my second winter. The roads here compared to other places are not in good condition. And the snow removal on roads is pathetic.
