I'd call it good. Decided to sit for the afternoon, as we had a cold front coming in. Something I’ve never heard of doing is putting a dollop of sour cream with beans.. the Anasazi beans came with some recipes and called for sour cream.. I don’t know how I’ve lived this long without hearing about this but it’s great. It made that pot of beans over the top flavor wise.

Peameal bacon drizzled with maple syrup and broiled on the bbq.
And sliced potatoes fried in duck fat.
Duck fat is the bomb!!

New 2 99's... freaking awesome. Rosco... Anasazi beans are my favorite Been a good week. Having some good bonding time with my daughter tonight, she got some cooking lessons. She's not a bad gravy stirrer-er.
