This is exactly why the President of Mexico endorses "Hugs not Slugs" in light of Trump's offer to help him eradicate the cartels. He knows these ruthless animals will attack his family, the families of all the identified police and military members, and cause general fear and terror throughout the country. Even the families of U.S. troops and officers, who are identified, would be at risk in the United States.

In Mexico they wear masks to prevent being identified by the cartel.
