My Loving Bride's mind is right. She knows the perils of my work, understands the sick humor associated with same and largely keeps me upon a lengthy leash.

Can't know how I done so good, but am not bitching at the prospect........................

What in would you call "a life" then?

Perception is every thing.

Am glad, that I don't feel compelled to live my life,by the perception of others......................

Carefull with that stuff, it is addictive and the local jerky pusher gets real expensive when that one is exhausted I got another batch going how ever this one is intended for my tastes it's bound to be listed under inferno. The kind that make you perspire just holding a piece in your fingers. Thats the way I like it.

Hopefully the kids were not witness.

I still remember my old man coming home one night and throwing up into my mothers fern. Then I remember following him down the hallway as he leaned against the wall knocking down pictures, all the while holding his shirt in the barf bag position.

"Dad, are you allright?" young Mikey said, knocking on the bathroom door.

I was about eight & didn't figure it out until I was about 22 years old, and just happen to think about it one day...that SOB was drunk off his a$$, he wasn't sick!

When I called him on it the following Thanksgiving, naturally he had no recollection of the incident. The one and only time I ever saw him drunk...maybe for good reason?

30 lbs?, I didn't think you had 30 to lose, what's up, the fellas not looking at you the way they used too? That can be very hurtfull.

Bullwnkl,

You any relation to Popeye? That was a cute little jingle, kinda reminded me of "I'm strong to the finish cause I eats my spinach I'm ......."

MM, I'm just glad to know he wasn't running a chainsaw on this gig, otherwise I'm thinking losing 30 lbs. translates into doing a little self amputation!

BTW Stick was it just the lack of drinking that dropped the weight or did you restrain yourself admirably from camp food and hit the workout area while there?

I've got about 30 lbs. sitting in my lap here that I'd like to deposit some where else. Back up to 215, 190 is fighting trim for me, though I once tipped the scales at 215 with low body fat, but I ain't planning on pushing weights that hard again, that was then, this is now. (grin)

Hope Big Momma enjoyed the ride on the sleeker version of Big Stick.

I still have to caution the Mrs. that these "love handles" have been installed for her safety, please hang on to them for the entire ride. What I won't do for that woman.

Largely fasted for two weeks. Allowed myself a 1oz bag of pretzels and all the water I could drink,as a daily intake.

Will start pounding weights, upon my return and doing cardio.

A guy just feels better, when he feels better and I'm gaining ground..........................

You musta got squezzed between two big boy drillers on the flight up, would be enough to motivate a guy not to be in that situation Course if you got stuck between them on the way back, and they were covered with diesel and drilling mud the two drink limit wouldn't be enough.

Didn't have a sip on the flight to Anchortown, but did have a nip that evening, while Dave,Bill,Matt and I shot the [bleep].

Apparently felt compelled to tie on a good one, after Momma and the kids crashed and it don't sound nearly as fun now.

Funny how that works......................(grin)

After seeing the 2006 date, all the fawning and ass kissing makes sense.
