Used to go every year, catch my Montana fish then hop the border into NoDak and catch 2 more.
Miss doing it, but there's too many rules associated with catching them these days. We have season here for em. Minimum length from eye to fork of the tail. Used to be able to turn legal length fish back but now if it is legal length you must keep it, pretty good reg there. Assume you sna from the bank and not in a boat? Here is one that bumped into a minnow on a 1/16 oz jighead. 8# Fireline and a 7 1/2' UL rod, snagged right in the end of the fuggin snout. I don't post pictures of anything, don't want my name or image anywhere on the net if I can avoid it, and I don't want my DNA or my off-springs' DNA analyzed by anyone without a court order.
One of my highschool buddies sent me an email with a link to a picture of me at a party in 1977. Who knows what other pictures are out there somewhere? Who knows, or wants to know, if there is an unknown off-spring out there that was the result of a casual one night stand? NOT ME!!!!!!

Assume you sna from the bank and not in a boat? Always from shore. They're in moving water where I fish for them, so you'd have to anchor up in a slow spot I guess. That, and with the mass amounts of beer involved, it's probably a good thing I don't cast for them from a boat.
