I would change illegal immigration/sanctuary cities/14th Amendment. If you’re not here legally, GTFO. No benefits, education, nothing. If you’re born here and your parents are citizens, you are too. If not, you’re not either. ICE works closely with other forms of LE. Commit a crime here, we’ll incarcerate you and bill your country of origin. Come back again, longer sentence. Big robust wall.

Welfare. Hand up, not a hand out. Job training but no work, no eat. Pee in a cup for benefits, I’m not subsidizing your dope. Can’t feed them, don’t breed them. Benefits taper after time, then disappear. Lifetime cap. When you’re out you’re out. Spend the savings on education and training. Create humans who can/will take care of themselves. End economic slavery. Give people back their pride.

The first two were easy, I got stuck on #3. I’m going for term limits on elected officials. Two terms Senate, 4 terms House, but no more than 16 years combined, and that includes state congresses. Revamping the prison system was another idea but term limits had more impact.

Term limits are a terrible idea. All you do is give even more power to the lobbyists, they are the constant in a sea of change. As bad as the system is, it could be worse.

90% of all our problems would be solved if the country was completely devoid of democrats. I'll let someone else decide the most expedient way to let the healing begin.

As for the third, I suggest Mandatory service with job skill training. More trades and medical than admin. Volunteers get choice of combat arms.

This might cut down on the need for prisons.

Perhaps banishment and loss of citizenship for third conviction of drug offenses. And I mean not a one way ticket to San Francisco, but Borneo or the Congo. or Pakistan.

1. Public assistance recipients (welfare, unemployment, etc) not allowed to vote so long as they are on the draw. Want to vote? Have skin in the game and be a contributor.

2. Term limits of two terms for all political offices, from local to federal.

3. Political lobbying is a felony, punishable by up to five years in federal prison for each offense. It is illegal to tamper with a jury, should also be illegal to tamper with a political body in the course of its duties.

Requiring a balanced budget would take care of welfare problems. foreign aid and benefits for illegals.

Until the national debt is paid off, spending cannot exceed 98% of tax revenue.

Anyone who kneels during the National Anthem gets deported.

I could go with your first two.

My third would be to make it a felony punishable with prison time for anyone to lie in Congress. This would apply to all members of the House and Senate in any statements they make before either body as a whole or in committee meetings.

All three of mine are realistic. Let’s keep it at least semi-reality.

#1. Prosecute treason starting on day 1.
(any act or attempt to overthrow the Constitution and Bill of Rights) A. Constructive treason is punished by 25 years in a working prison. No work, not food. All inmates have to pay for their own food, clothing, water, and power. No burden on the tax parers.
B. High treason is punished by death by hanging. Waging war again the people of the USA, or adhering to those that do, or attempting to aid those that do shall constitute High Treason. That's bad news for the IMF, the CFR the Trilateral Comission, the Federal Reserve members and many others that are dedicated enemies of the people of the USA who embrace the Bill of rights and the lawful Constitution.


#2. An option to divert 3% of your federal taxes to a fund to deport any and all people who like a socialist form of Government to any communist country they like one way. Re-entry after they opt to leave is forbidden and if caught they go to the same prison for the same sentence as those convicted of constructive treason. so those that don't agree with out Constitution will not need to fear harm as long as they openly disagree, and go where they like, other then here. We'll send them away at our expense, all travel paid.



#3 A draft from inside the armed forces to the new branch of the military. The Corp of Investigation. NO ONE can make a career within this service and no one can volunteer, or be exempted from the service if drafted. All personnel are trained in some form of investigations depending on their individual ability and gifts.

Their 1st assignment after their school is to investigate the person they replace (the corp revolves so no one is in it for more then 6 years) If corruption is found in the investigation of the person you replace they will be tried for the crime. Any corruption from any member of the Corp of Investigation is punished by death by public burning. So the Corp is self policing. The 2nd assignment and all farther assignment are to investigate government corruption at any and every level from Washington DC all the way down to any level at county, state city or town levels. No one would be outside the jurisdiction of the Corp of investigations. (COI) Cases where the investigation can't find corruption are simply dismissed. Anyone filing the complaint who has cause to suspect true corruption and can shot what caused them to believe such violations existed are reward if the case is valid with tax cuts, but if no corruption is found in the even that suspicion was justified, all is simply forgiven
Open perjury however is punished by 25 years in prison just as it would be for all forms of constructive treason. Such laws would prevent the travesty we see every day on the so-called "news" because lying to the public with intent would be punished my removing the liar for 25 years. Lies that result in damages would heap additional punishment on the liar and if the case ended in the destruction of a life the death penitently is warranted.
After your enlistment of 6 years you are replace and if you were 100% honest in your activities you simply go on to what ever career you like. No one has time enough to build a political career inside this service. All personnel know they will be checked themselves by someone they do not know as soon as their tour of duty is past.

Cops judges, media personal, tax collectors, assessors, land developers, and many other types would then KNOW they are going to be looked over, and no one can help them if they are caught in corruption.
Trying to bribe one of the investigators is punished by death, and if the member of the C.O.I. takes such a bribe they will be put to death.

1) All illegal aliens will leave the country in 60 days, after that being an illegal in my country would result in execution.
2) Persons caught entering my country outside official ports will be shot on sight.
3) Shut down congress and the supreme court, kill 2/3rds of them just to send a message
4) Any crime currently rated as a felony 1, execution.
5) Failing to discipline your children, public whipping.
6) Having children and not staying together to raise them, incarceration at real hard labor until that child would be 21.

1 – Suspend the Constitution and bulldoze every mosque on U.S.A., their territories and Republic of TEXAS soil, and execute every muslim and communist.

Pretty sure that is SIX things, pard.

1. Give notice to all illegal aliens to get out of the country in 30 days. Beginning Jan1, 2020 any non citizen criminals caught on American soil will be incarcerated in work camps on the border in chains and be building the wall 16 hours a day. Their sentence to be for the entire duration of the time required to complete it at which time they will be "released" on the other side of the border, with the prison cloths they are wearing and that is absolutely all.

2. Constitutional amendment prohibiting ANY funds, property, or taxes collected by any government entity from being spent any where in the world other than on American soil or for any product or service produced any where in the world other than on American soil.

3. Prohibit any gasoline vehicle from being offered for sale with the gasoline fill spout any where on the vehicle to the right / passenger side of the center line of the vehicle. At the same time a penalty of 30 lashes with "the cat" for anyone pulling in to the pumps of a gasoline station with out the fill pump on the driver side of the vehicle.

I would give juries the ability to hold prosecutors personally liable for anything they considers and unjust prosecution.

So, in addition to the current forms of not guilty, they could find a defendant "not guilty due to reason of unconstitutional unjust, or malicious prosecution". Upon delivering such a verdict, every member of the prosecution receives a sentence equal to the maximum penalty for every charge for which the defendant was unjustly prosecuted, all sentences to be served consecutively.

So, prosecutors attempts to send someone to jail over a magazine ban, the jury can send the entire prosecution team straight to jail.
