I was going through my dad's reloading supplies this weekend. I found a variety of powders that range from 1979 to recent. They were all factory sealed, stored in a dry area. Would they still be good for reloading?
Thanks for the input.

I have found that powders stored in a cool dry place will last quite long , even better when sealed.

Check the color, it will turn a rust brown/orange color when it goes bad.

Good deal. Thanks. The powder in the open containers even looks like new powder .

Good deal, I also have come in to quite a bit of powder from the early 80’s. I have had good luck with it. The couple of cans where the powder was off colored, I disposed of it immediately, never risked trying it.
