Wife's grandmother made us several quilts.
I went ahead and told the first wife that the wife #2 will probably put those out on the porch for the dogs to sleep on.

My dear wife makes a lot of of quilts. I shudder to think what a fair price would be, time, and material. My dear mother is a quilter. Priceless? Homemade stuff is priceless. The other night I went out and grabbed a scarf for around my neck as it was down in the 20's. Came home and asked my wife when she crocheted it for me. Best we could figure it was somewhere more than 20 years and closer to 25. One of the nicest things she's done for me. Geno

Geno Won't be any handmades from wife unless pigs fly, but, she sure was and still is cute....  However, Mom made us a dandy quilt when we got married. It's a treasure for sure.
