Having fun shooting my AR with a new SS 6X...was wondering what everyone is using for scope caps or a cover. Nothing looks like it might work on the SWFA site. Bob

The product page that you ordered the scope from on the SWFA site tells which Butler Creek caps work.

I've broken several of the Butler Creek caps. They don't like cold. Here's a pic with the aft lid broken off, So nowadays I use the Butler Creek bikini style covers.

Vortex Defenders are you're answer.
10,000 times better than Butler Creek, and not much more money.

I use the Butler Creek covers that were ordered when I purchase my SS 6X and SS10X scopes. They have worked just fine for my needs.

I have a set of the defenders and the butler creek also. I’ll be purchasing more of the defenders. Good quality for a good price. They anchor into the objectives with rubber with a thick plastic cover that is not as brittle as the butler creek plastic.
