Seems high to me. Bud's has new for $681, admittedly without the rings. ETA: Oops, my bad, that is a Lux at Bud's, they fooled me with an American picture. There are new one's on GB for under $600 https://www.gunbroker.com/item/847608293

Newer ones have 1-9, those from a few years back were 1-12. Not sure when they changed.
