Jim, JD sent a guy over and he replaced the couplers with supposedly a better version. It hasn't been cold enough to test anything but we will find out in the next 2-3 days if it's really fixed or not. Zero issues in the last couple weeks.
They also found some unrelated computer/electrical issue and did an 'update' which turned out be a PIA. Tractor was basically dead for a day all because of a computer. Kinda scary how vulnerable they are.
Haven't got a bill yet but the kid working on it mentioned we wouldn't be paying for the update problem.
