I had a very very small issue with a S&B scope this past week. I called them and sent it in , they said they would get it out ASAP. They received it at 11:32 this past monday and I had a tracking number at 3:45 that afternoon. I would rather have less rifles and more of these scopes after this experience.
I had to wait on UPS and the delay because of Thanksgiving. HUGE Thumbs up.
BTW I have the scope mounted in Near Alphahunters. They are absolute artwork.

I agree completely that Richard Near's mounts are functional artwork.

What S&B do you have?
I've toyed with grabbing a fixed 10x42, but they don't seem to be in stock most places.

That's great service, I'll have a 3-12x50 Klassik waiting for me when I get back home. I just bought a 6x42 Meopta in the classifieds and wish I would have bought a second Schmidt & Bender instead.

I have never had service like that ever on anything I have ever bought. I NF,S&B, Swaro at the present. Happy with all of these brands. Titanium they weigh in at 3 ounces. SHot it at 100 yards and it needed very very little to be perfectly sighted in.
