Seems like an idea I've seen somewhere before. Like in my pocket at times? https://www.crkt.com/k-i-s-s.htmlGeno

Well .. the blade shape might be useful for certain tasks. I read through the site and as far as I can tell (I'm viewing via my phone, may have missed something) they never discuss steel or hardness. If it is in fact titanium, it's too soft to hold an edge for long. Performance below even low end steels. A pass for me, but it's neat to see different takes on what makes a knife

they never discuss steel or hardness. They don't mention it because it is 420.

Yes it is like the CRKT but a much more dainty Sunday go to meeting deal. I've made a lot of fixed blade knives but have never been interested in making a folder. Very minimalist design ….makes me think... I do miss the Gentleman's Folder (by Kershaw) that I gave to one of the boys on his wedding day just before walking down the aisle. Cannot find another...

Yeah, it did look dainty to my tastes. Not for EDC in my pants as I'd likely break it. Couldn't for the life of me figure why a bare handled one seems to cost more than one with wood installed????? Giving away something you like is really tough when you can't find the exact replacement............But that was a nice wedding gift anyhow. Geno PS good luck with the damascus if you try doing something similar..........it would rate a "coolio" from me for sure

Can't tell from the pic, but is there an open slot in the handle section. Found a couple knives over the years so constructed, and if one has any coins in his pocket the edge takes a beating. So obviously, not a fan of that construction.
