Cool..... Except the goody goody consumer safety folks would be screaming that it promotes dangerous driving.

You can’t beat a jeep, I’ve had 5, 47, 56, 66, 76, and a 89 that I bought new. I still have the 89.

I had a 73 and 74 CJ5 when I was in Highschool. At that time nobody really cared about jeep except outdoor folks. Then the Jeep craze hit in 74 and everybody was buying a CJ and stupid people were driving them beyond there capabilities and having these serious wrecks. Just like guns everybody started blaming jeep for building a death trap. So in response Jeep removed the V8 engine, made them wider and basically made them into the city rig they are now.

In high school a good friend of mine was a passenger in a jeep that rolled over multiple times. She was messed up badly, hobbled for life and had brain damage. off road I'd love to have one. Driving on pavement, I'll pass.

Sometimes people do stupid things in Jeeps. A few years back a fellow loaded his 16' trailer with a huge tree trunk and towed it behind his jeep with his daughter and another kid in it that was helping him. It jackknifed and wrecked (flipped) the Jeep on a gravel road killing all but the driver in a fiery inferno. It as a sad event.
My son loves them and has owned four or five. They are great vehicles if you know what you can get away with in one of them like anything else. He currently has a 75 that is a transition thing and is just plain weird because it isn't exactly like a 75 should be.

Bought my wife a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara this summer - she loves it. Wouldn’t be my first choice but that’s what she wanted. Happy wife, happy life.

Friend of mine went and looked at a new Gladiator recently. 60K. He took it for a road test and was impressed with the power and handling. Then he stopped at a stop sign and the engine shut off. Restarted when he took his foot off the brake. I guess that year has a bypass switch for that option, but newer models do not. When did they start this crap?

My 2018 Dodge does not. Wifeys 2020 Acura does, but can be disabled.

The problem with the new Jeeps is they are part Fiat these days. Some models are just re-badged Fiats. Not a good thing.

I'm pretty sure this was a Jeep commercial a while back. Also, fairly certain the Jeep in this commercial is computer animated.
Now I'm a Mopar fan, so I don't doubt that you'd be able to pull this off, but not as easily as how it's shown here.
