Having worked with many people over the years here is my take on the stuff. If it ever came down to the nut cutting and people had to be let go,my choices would have been every single regular user of marihuana.I saw it in their attitude as well as work performance.I'm probably going to stir the pot on my statement, but it's just the way I've seen it over the last 45yrs.

Tough issue with good arguments on both sides. I've never used it and don't intend to but put me in the camp that errs on the side of less government regulation and less government support for those that choose to ruin their lives by electing to use it. Others in this thread have made the point quite well. Basically, I don't think it is the government's job to protect me from my personal decisions even when those decisions are not wise. We can lump many of our choices into this category: seat belts, motorcycle helmets, overeating, eating unhealthy diets, alcohol, tobacco, etc.

Alcohol is worse.

so lets legalize something as bad or from some points of view less bad. So that we have more overall bad... .yeah, not.

How much bad is caused by making drugs illegal?

War on drugs?

Prohibition got us the NFA.

You didn't use logic or reason to get into this opinion, I cannot use logic or reason to get you out of it.
