They have a league up here in the PNW and a friend of mines daughter use to belong to one of the clubs. She is nice have have around in the bar, because she hits first then ask questions.

Lol my daughter has been training in mma for 5 yrs. she is 5.9 and very athletic

I love Roller Derby,
Fan from way back in the day of Ralphie Valladares of the LA Thunderbirds.
WAY more fun than watching rasslin'. Always wanted to try it my self as I was a decent skater, but it was dying out and I went to ice skates instead.
I wish your daughter the best Roger. Is she skating on a banked track or a flat one. And does her team do any videos.

It's one of two sports I can think of where the women's league is more entertaining than the men's. The other one is volleyball.

An ex of mine did roller derby. Was kinda surprising to find out as she was a good looking feminine gal and the ones I had seen on TV were butchy looking amazon women! Going to the matches was a reasonably fun way of spending a Sunday afternoon.
