Looks like Savage is going to offer factory rifles with Proof Research barrels. It’s called the Ultralite. I found the listing on sports south and then googled the UPC code. This is one dealer that already had them on their website.

At that price, this will be the most affordable carbon fiber barrel rifle on the market by far. I’m definitely interested. I dont know if they will officially announce it before SHOT show or not.
