AG Ferguson has just announced that Washington is going full tilt California. He will introduce bills to: ban assault weapons, increase background checks (although I have no idea how), require background checks for ammo purchases, and limit magazine capacity to 10 rounds. This will be done to "prevent the mass shooting that may occur in Washington." Media is all over themselves about it, and claiming this time it should pass because our loyal governor, SFB inslee, is behind it.

Washington's problem is we are run by two counties, King and Pierce. Even when we did elect a republican governor the Democrats figured out a way to change the election results for their candidate. Took them about 10 recounts and a mysterious ballot box the was found in the nick of time.

That kinda worries me since I live in Oregon. This type of thing is like cancer and just keeps spreading. The metropolitan areas dictate the rules for the state and once they get a foothold it's almost impossible to stop.
