,...the gap would make it a suitable roach clip,....but it looks like it would suck for any typical situation that calls for needle nose pliers,.....

Just found these reviews....

I found all the available Klein Tools 7 in. Long Nose Pliers ( D203-7SEN—the version w/o the handle spring action ) at all my local Home Depot stores to be unevenly machined. It looks like this particular batch was botched altogether. Something I would expect to find at a ‘dollar store’—non-professional grade quality. This is definitely NOT NORMAL for Klein Tools. I returned these pliers for a full refund. Every D203-7SEN looked like this. ( See my attached photo. )

They seemed like decent pliers, albeit a bit pricey, with long, slim and seemingly robust jaws, but I returned them because one tip was about a third the thickness of the other and would clearly be at risk of snapping under pressure. How something so obvious was able to pass muster at Klein's factory I do not know, but I've had little luck buying US-made tools online due to similar QC problems. (The pliers also arrived covered in black oily residue stinking of gasoline, but I suspect that's a seller/return issue not Klein's fault).

Kline's are even higher than Snap-on, that's all the electricians will use.

This review sounds like it was written by a homo.

What kind of man waxes on eloquently about a fuggin' pair of pliers like that?

This is what happens when you move production to Texas.

What is it going to take to replace the stolen tools Sam? $2000, and the thief got say $100 for what he took?

When I was younger and single I used to hope to find ladies that were into "tools"..

Great name.

I should clarify that I left them slightly open to show the mismatched tips.
(poor pic, shadows etc.)

They close up tight but since it would be retarded to try to return a $23 pair of pliers they are destined for junk drawer house use.

And they are a little too small anyway. Going 8" on the re-order.
