They are RCBS with an extra sizing die that has been modified. I don't know who did it but it seems to work fine. The first sizing die has been opened up and takes the neck down to about .310 OD on the first pass, then the regular sizing die takes it the rest of the way. With a good coat of Imperial, it works really well. The first one leaves it a little belled right at the mouth but the second one smooths it out real nice. There are a couple of flat spots on the lock ring of one die where someone apparently used some pliers on them. The others could pass for new. Given the extra die and the scarcity of these, I think $55 OBO shipped is fair.
