Rib steaks, half shell mussels, salad, mashed potatoes.
Everything was good. Everyone liked the mussels, even though they were a bit old.
Just brushed them with garlic butter and seasoned with Old Bay....then baked.

Thanks to everyone for the good wishes for my father, he's doing well. I know this is way off topic, but he probably makes the nurses wish he was gone...yesterday, he told one nurse who was wearing a Christmas sweater with blinking lights that her nipples were sending morse code and he called another nurse a "schwartzer" (Yiddish for the N word).

I made some of the best elk spagetti sauce ever tonight. Wifey and I foundered ourselves. I did use a storebought sauce and doctered it up real good!!! With all kinds of goodies.
