You know, the lumbering lard ass that says he has found Jesus, but still struggles with eating disorders and obesity ,

tiredness, mood swings etc, caused by their meds, they may also be adversely effected from last nights drinks.
If those compounding issues are not enough, then theres the underlying emotionally inept aspect, Some cannot even keep
their cool in CF keyboard battles, getting all flustered-emotional, erratic, irrational, and losing the plot.
bUt hey don't worry....cause they will try and have you believe they will keep their head screwed-on when someone is emptying
a 12 guage in their direction...cause they have attained a Skillset from punching static cardboard badguys that have never
shot back, have been reading Ayoob for 25 yrs and watching John Boy Correia Utube tutorials on active self protection.

Starman I would like to see you take your words back and move on.
The assailant had the odds in his favor as he was on the offense. He chose the moment to play his hand.
The church members who were working security were on the defense. They were alerted to the assailants demeanor and had an eye on him from the start. Thank goodness.
When the assailant made his move the church member acted to the best of his ability and lost his life bravely. Also by him taking the fatal round it created the split second opening for the other member to fire one round that finished the fight. He too is a hero. The deceased died so others could live.
God bless the security and church for what they had to endure.

Starman, I generally give a pass to most folks on the 'fire for a somewhat suspect post.............on various topics, religious, knife sharpening, movies, whatever.............but this post has made me rethink my opinion on that type of reaction. This post of yours has gone way overboard. The old man trying to draw did not exercise good judgement, he tried to draw on an aimed gun. He might have tried to duck down to pull his gun. This is the second video I have seen when someone thinks they can draw on an aimed gun. OTOH the man did what he thought was right and died trying to stop evil. I don’t know starman but he appears to be Socialist liberal. He calls us out but I suspect he would do no better and possibly worse.

Sure he had issues with his draw that likely caused him to get shot but if nothing else he got the bad guys attention and drew his fire, giving the others time to respond and possibly saving lives of other congregants.
