Nice job! Some folks like to disparage Powerbelts but we've taken 6 elk with the 295 grains in the past few years.

Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.

Killed a couple bulls with the 295's.... They actually worked pretty good, better than the 405's ...

Powerbelt did not exit but it bust the far should to pieces and still weighed 194grains and stayed in one piece. Anyone that shoots the hollow point powerbelts and want better performance from them put a .177 air rifle pellet in the hp. The bullet will shed some plating and stay in one piece. Been doing it for a few years now , makes a big differents. Killed 4 deer and the bear this season with them.bear will not get mounted but he should be fine eating. He is quartered in the frig until i get time to proccess this week.

Good bear.
I shoot power belts as well and have had no issues.

Bill, we don’t get as good a groups with aero tips as we do with hp with the pellet in them. Looks like aero tips would fly better but they don’t in any of our guns. Take a knife and pop a few out and see if yours shoots better. Same bullet as hp.
