Or, it's a very clever way to double your employment numbers for almost no extra wage cost. You hire double the staff, each of which works half the time. Voila! the company gets a 48-hour work week at full staffing, and if workers want to double their salary, they can get a second job (now easily found due to demand) and work no more than they do now.

I don't what the benefits packages are in Finland. They might not need or have health insurance or retirement, for example. That's why I limited my appraisal to wages.

They need to screw more, no European country is keeping up with replacement rates but the muzzie immigrants are more than happy to replace the natives by spitting out 15 kids each. As for drinking more, that’s pretty much impossible, they’re Finns.
